Suitable for buyers who are hunting for brand new developments offering low PSF which between $1250 – $1280PSF. It is really hard to find a brand new unit offering at this range in mature estate right now! If you don’t mind the noise, these units definitely offer a good size 4 bedroom at pretty attractive PSF basis.
